Growing, Growing

Hi there! Well, we had a doctor visit on Monday, February 18. The visit went great and all is good. We heard her heartbeat again and it is good and strong. I think I am doing pretty good with my weight and am on a good track. So far I have gained about 10 pounds. (This is kind of an estimate as I really don't know what I weighed prior). I finally had Lou take a couple of pictures so here they are........

New pictures

Hey there! We went for the 20 week ultrasound on February 8. It really didn't take too long but there were a lot of pictures taken. They do this to check development and measure size. Everything looks good and at the time of the appointment she weighed 13.5 ounces. I continue to notice a lot of movement which is really cool!! Here are two of the best pictures...at least we think so. Lots of love to all!

20 weeks!

Today we have reached our 20 week mark. Wow!!! This week I have really begun to feel her move. It is so exciting. I have my next ultrasound appointment on Friday where they will take a lot of pictures and measurements. Lou has been working like a mad man on our little one's new room. We will be ready to paint soon. We are going to paint the room green and it will have garden accents. I can't wait to begin decorating. I have picked out many items already and have made registeries at Pottery Barn Kids and Babies R Us. It has been great fun! I ordered some of the crib bedding already as I want to choose the right color of green that will blend with the other colors of green, pink and yellow.

School is going well and my students are as crazy as ever. I can't believe the year is half over and we are in to our 3rd quarter already! Our "big" state test is coming up in March so we are all preparing for that (unfortunately).

My belly is growing.......I guess I will have to take that picture to share with all of you who I do not get to see often and may not see until after she is born.
