The Boyums Visit Fla

Hi there! Last weekend Ori, Michele and Lily came to visit. We had a wonderful time seeing our friends and having the girls meet. Shortly after, Tropical Storm Fay paid a visit. In Englewood we only had minimal breezes and sprinkles of rain. Nothing to really report. We lucked out as some areas have had up to 20 inches of rain! The opening day of school was postponed one day. All in all, we made out fine. See our pics below from the visit with our friends.

August

Hi everyone! Well, I can't believe that August is already here! I officially start back at school August 12. I will go in for the first prep week and then I will be taking the first 2 weeks with the kids off to spend a little more time with Ava. Once I go back full time, Chetta will watch Ava 2 days a week and Lou's mom will watch her 3 days a week. When my parents come down in January they will take over Chetta's 2 days a week. We are so fortunate to have family that can watch her at our home!

Ava is growing. At her doctor visit last week she weighed just over 8 pounds. She smiles a lot more now and is awake much more as well. She has had some trouble going to sleep at night but once she is gets to sleep she sleeps a long time....at least 6 hours.

Our cousins Steve, Sara, Olivia and Aiden visited on Saturday. We were very excited to see them! Here are some new pics........
